Across North America

A major goal of British Columbia Mobility Opportunities Society is to see hiking programs for people with disabilities established in communities large and small throughout North America and elsewhere in the world.

To this end, BCMOS is working with individuals, groups and companies to establish Wilderness Access programs. Here is a directory of programs offering TrailRider access.

In addition, we would like to inspire others to develop their own programs, helping interested parties as a supplier of the necessary equipment and information on how to start a program in their areas.  See here for information.

These organizations either own, or have access to, TrailRiders:

TrailRiders are available in certain locations across Canada and the USA. Contact these organizations for information.

BCMOS is always promoting TrailRiders to organizations looking to offer an inclusive service – and can offer information on how to purchase a TrailRider and establish an accessible outdoor program.
